Rolling AI out in an organization means work documents and conversations move into a new tool. Before choosing — any tool, Dorna included — ask these eight questions and insist on written answers:
1. What exactly happens to our content? Dorna's answer: content is processed strictly to provide the service to you and is never sold; the list of essential processors is in the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can access our content? Dorna's answer: you, and the people you have shared it with, at an access level you set; our staff cannot, except where legally required, when reviewing reported abuse, or when you ask support for help.
3. How is sharing controlled? A knowledge base, folder or assistant is shared only by its owner's decision, at read or edit level.
4. What if we need an independent environment? A dedicated deployment with its own domain, quota and administration is available — user management in your own admin's hands.
5. How are sign-ins protected? Sign-in with a password or one-time SMS code; two-factor authentication is available. The account is unified too — one secure sign-in for every service.
6. Export and deletion? Exporting conversations and documents is always available; deleting the account removes data per the Privacy Policy.
7. Where are the commitments written? In the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — summarized plainly on the security page.
8. Encryption and backups? Encrypted connections (TLS) and regular data backups.
We'll answer any other question just as plainly: the contact form is open.
