These terms govern the use of “Dorna” (the AI platform available at mydorna.ai and its subdomains) and form an agreement between you and the operator of Dorna (“we”). By creating an account or using the services, you accept these terms.
1. Definitions
“Services” means all Dorna products: the chat and agents application, knowledge bases, the website widget and its Studio, and this website. “Your content” means any data you enter or upload: messages, documents, knowledge bases and configurations.
2. Accounts
- Most services require an account; registration details (mobile number or e-mail) must be accurate and your own.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- Each natural person must use their own account.
3. Acceptable use
Use the services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited, among others: violating applicable law, attempting to breach or disrupt the services, reverse engineering, reselling without an agreement, producing or distributing unlawful content, and passing off AI output as human where machine disclosure is required. We may apply technical limits (such as rate limits) to protect service health.
4. Your content and ownership
- Your content remains yours. You grant us only the permission to process and store it in order to provide the services to you.
- Your content is processed strictly to the extent needed to provide the services; to produce answers, the necessary part of your content is processed by model-processing providers only as required (Privacy Policy, section 3).
- Outputs you create with the services are yours within these terms; reviewing outputs for accuracy and lawful use is your responsibility. AI output can be wrong — do not make consequential decisions without human review.
- Dorna's name, logo and interfaces are ours and may not be used commercially without written permission.
5. Pricing, payment and refunds
- Plan prices are in Toman and published on the pricing page; payment is processed by domestic payment gateways and every payment is invoiced.
- Subscriptions are periodic (monthly) and each cycle's quota activates at its start. Upgrades apply immediately, prorated; downgrades apply from the next cycle.
- If you encounter a problem in the first days after purchase that support cannot resolve, you may request a refund; requests are handled per the refund procedure, and consumed quota is not refundable.
- Price changes apply from later cycles and are announced in advance.
6. The website widget
If you install the Dorna widget on your website, complying with that site's obligations (including informing visitors that they are talking to a machine assistant, and your own privacy policy) is your responsibility. Knowledge you give the widget must not infringe third-party rights.
7. Service level
We aim for stable, continuous service, but the services are provided “as is”, and planned maintenance (announced in advance) or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. A dedicated SLA exists only under separate enterprise agreements.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may delete your account at any time; data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
- On serious breach of these terms (including unlawful use or service disruption) we may suspend or close an account after notice — or without notice in emergencies. If closure occurs without fault on your part, the unused share of the current cycle is refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the event, and we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, recoverable data, etc.). Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; new versions are published on this page with their date, and material changes are announced through your account's communication channels. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes are first pursued through negotiation and support; failing that, the competent courts have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms are welcome via the contact page or the support e-mail.
