Security & privacy
A tool that sees your work documents and conversations must be explicit. This page states Dorna's commitments plainly — with the full legal text in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your account. Sign-in works with a password or a one-time SMS code, and two-factor authentication is available. The Dorna account is unified — one secure sign-in for the app, the Studio and the site — so keeping that one account safe keeps everything safe.
Sharing. A knowledge base, folder or assistant becomes visible to others only when you share it yourself, with an explicit access level (read or edit).
The widget's knowledge. The website widget can only reach the knowledge you gave it in the Studio — nothing more. Visitor conversations are logged in your own panel for quality review.
Content processing. To produce each answer, the necessary part of your content is processed strictly as needed by model-processing providers; the details and the list of what is shared are in the Privacy Policy. Dorna staff cannot access your content except under legal obligation, review of reported abuse, or when you ask support for help.
Organizations with special requirements: for full isolation, a dedicated Dorna instance is deployed with its own domain, quota and administration — talk to sales.
