General
What is Dorna?
Dorna is an AI platform for individuals and businesses: chat with AI models, agents that execute tasks, knowledge bases for talking to your own documents, and a widget that puts the same assistant on your website — all in one account.
What can a Dorna agent do for me?
Agents don't just answer — they work: they search your documents, call tools, run multi-step tasks and deliver the final result. For example, ask “find and summarize the termination clauses across these contracts” and get back an organized answer.
What languages does Dorna answer in?
Write in any language — Persian, English or others — and you're answered in kind. The interface itself is available in both Persian and English.
Can I use Dorna on mobile?
Yes — Dorna is web-based and works well from mobile and tablet browsers; the same account, conversations and knowledge bases on whichever device you sign in from.
Which AI models do I work with?
Dorna puts several models in one place, switchable per conversation — a faster one for light tasks, a stronger one for heavy analysis. You'll see each plan's available models in the chat window after signing in.
Why the name “Dorna”?
The crane (“Dorna”) is a bird that stands for long journeys and knowing the way in Iranian culture — an assistant that knows the road and stays with you to the destination. Our logo is that crane, drawn in light and circuitry.
Account
How do I create an account?
Click “Sign in”, register and verify your mobile number or e-mail, and you're in your workspace immediately. The free account stays free, and you can upgrade whenever you like.
Does one account cover the app, the Studio and the site?
Yes — your Dorna account is unified: sign in once and you're recognized everywhere; the app, the widget Studio and the website's account areas all use the same account.
Can I sign in with an SMS code?
Yes — with a registered, verified mobile number you can sign in with a one-time SMS code instead of your password. The code is valid for a few minutes, and if it doesn't arrive you can request another once the countdown ends.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the recovery option on the sign-in page to reset via your registered e-mail or number. If you've lost access to both, contact support through the contact form so your identity can be verified and you can be guided through.
Can I be signed in on several devices?
Yes — your account works on several devices at once, with the same conversations everywhere. Just make sure to sign out on shared devices, and enable two-factor authentication for extra safety.
Plans & payment
How is pricing structured and how do I pay?
Plans are monthly; payment is made with Iranian bank cards through domestic payment gateways. Current plan prices are always shown live on the pricing page.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes — every payment produces a receipt and a PDF invoice, downloadable from your account's billing section. Register your company's legal details once and they appear on all invoices.
What is the monthly quota, and what if it runs out?
Each plan includes a monthly usage quota that renews at the start of every cycle. You can always see your usage in your account; if it runs out mid-cycle, upgrade instantly or wait for the next cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately with a prorated difference for the remaining days; downgrades take effect at the start of the next cycle.
What is the refund policy?
If you hit a problem in the first days after purchase that support cannot resolve, submit a refund request via the contact form; it will be reviewed and processed per the Terms of Service.
I have a discount code — where do I enter it?
Enter it at the payment step when buying or renewing a plan and the amount updates before you pay. Each code has its own terms (validity window, eligible plans); if it's refused, the message right there explains why.
Is there a trial?
The free account is always there and plenty for exploring. Beyond it, the Basic plan includes a 7-day trial of the full feature set before paying — one trial per account, ever. The end date shows in your account, after which you purchase the plan to continue.
Is file storage limited?
Each plan has a defined storage cap for uploaded files beside the usage quota. An upload that would exceed the cap is refused on the spot with a clear message. Deleting old files frees space, and upgrading the plan raises the cap.
How does payment actually go through?
Through domestic online payment gateways, with Shetab-network bank cards. Payment confirms immediately, and the receipt and PDF invoice land in your account's billing section.
Website widget
What is the Dorna website widget?
A compact AI assistant that sits on your site with a few lines of code and answers in your customers' language — powered by your business's own knowledge. You manage its look, tone and knowledge from the Dorna Studio, no programming needed.
How long does widget installation take?
Minutes: create a widget in the Studio, set its knowledge and appearance, and paste the ready-made snippet into your site — compatible with any site builder, WordPress included.
Does the widget access my site's data?
Only the knowledge you give it: documents, Q&A pairs and content you upload in the Studio. Visitor conversations are visible in your panel so you can monitor answer quality.
What language does the widget speak with customers?
The customer's own language: it answers Persian fluently, and if a visitor writes in another language it replies in kind. You set the tone and answering style yourself in the Studio.
Which plans include the widget?
The website widget and its Studio are available from the Plus plan up; the Pro plan adds multiple separate widgets — for several sites or sections. Each plan's details are on the pricing page.
Where does the widget's usage come from?
Widget conversations draw from that account's monthly quota. You can always see the usage in your account's reports, and upgrading is instant when needed.
Security & privacy
Where are my data and conversations stored?
Your conversations, documents and knowledge bases are stored on Dorna's secured infrastructure with regular backups, accessible only to you — and to the people you have shared them with, at an access level you set. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can Dorna staff see my content?
No, except in three defined cases: legal obligation, review of reported abuse, or when you yourself ask support for help with an issue. Your content is never sold and is processed only as needed to provide the service — details in the Privacy Policy.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes — alongside your password you can enable two-factor authentication via SMS or one-time-code (TOTP) apps.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your data is removed per the Privacy Policy. Before deleting you can export your conversations and documents — that option is always available.
What data can the website widget reach?
Only the knowledge you gave it in the Studio — your documents, Q&A and approved content. It cannot reach your account's other conversations or knowledge bases, and visitor conversations are logged only in your own panel.
Organizations
What do you offer our organization?
Two paths: on the public plans, each colleague has their own account and you share common resources — knowledge bases, folders, assistants — under access control. And for organizations that need full isolation and independent administration, a dedicated Dorna instance is deployed with its own domain and management.
Is a dedicated deployment possible for our organization?
Yes — for organizations that need full isolation, a dedicated Dorna instance is provisioned with its own domain, quota and administration; user management sits with your own organization's admin. Talk to sales for details and pricing.
How do we get in touch about partnerships?
On the contact page choose “enterprise inquiry” and describe your case; our team will get back to you promptly.
Can I share a knowledge base with a colleague?
Yes — knowledge bases, folders and custom assistants can be shared with others at an explicit access level (read or edit). Everything is private by default, and sharing is always the owner's decision.
