Trust is the prerequisite of any work tool — especially one that will see your work documents and conversations. Dorna's principles:
1. Private by default. Your conversations and knowledge bases are yours alone; others see them only when you share them yourself, with an explicit access level.
2. Processing only to provide the service. Your content is processed strictly as needed to produce answers, and is never sold; the precise list of what is shared with essential processors (such as model-processing providers) is in the Privacy Policy. Dorna staff cannot access content except where legally required, when reviewing reported abuse, or when you ask support for help.
3. Encryption and backups. Your connection to Dorna is encrypted, and data is kept with regular backups.
4. Deletion means deletion. Delete your account and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy. Exporting your conversations and documents is always available.
5. You keep your account safe too. Sign-in works with a password or a one-time SMS code, and two-factor authentication is available — turn it on.
The full commitments are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; anything unclear, ask via the contact form — we answer.
