Multiple widgets for multiple sites or sections

On the Pro plan you can create several separate widgets — each with its own knowledge, look and tone:

• Several sites: an independent widget per site or brand, each with its own snippet.
• Several sections: say, one for sales questions on the homepage and one for existing customers in the support area — keep their knowledge separate so answers stay focused.

Each widget's conversations appear separately in the Studio; all usage draws from the same account's quota.

Tip: shared knowledge (like the company intro) can go to several widgets; each section's specialist knowledge should go only to its own — focus makes quality.
