Installing the widget on your website

The website widget and its Studio are available from the Plus plan up.

  1. Open the Dorna Studio (from the app's user menu, or directly).

  2. Create a new widget: set its name, color and welcome message.

  3. Give it knowledge: documents, ready-made Q&A pairs, product descriptions.

  4. From the Install tab, copy the snippet and place it before your site's </body> tag — via any code-insertion plugin in WordPress, or the custom-code section of site builders.

That's it. The widget appears with your chosen look and starts answering visitors. You see conversations in the Studio, and every knowledge or appearance change applies without touching your site's code again.
