Building a knowledge base and chatting with documents
A knowledge base is where your documents live so Dorna can answer from them.
From the workspace, create a new knowledge base with a name and description.
Upload files — PDF, Word, text and more. Dorna processes the content and makes it searchable.
In a chat, attach the knowledge base and ask: “Per the internal policy, what is the out-of-town per-diem cap?”
Answers lean on your documents' content, not the model's general knowledge. Keep them current — a new version of a file should replace the old one. For working together, you can share a knowledge base under access control.
