Storage space and size limits

Beyond the monthly usage quota, each plan has a storage cap for uploaded files.

• If an upload would exceed your plan's cap, it's refused on the spot with a clear message — nothing half-saved.
• To free space, delete old or duplicate files from your knowledge bases; deletion returns the space immediately.
• Need more room? Upgrade your plan, or talk to sales for special requirements.

Housekeeping tip: replace a document's old version instead of uploading beside it — it keeps space free and keeps answers coming from the authoritative copy.
