Working with agents

Agents take a task from start to finish: they plan, use tools (searching your knowledge, analyzing files, …) and deliver the result.

A good agent task is multi-step and concrete: “From these ten CVs, shortlist three candidates for the sales-specialist role and explain why.”

During a run you can watch the agent's steps, stop it, or redirect it at any point.

Tip: give an agent the context you'd give a new colleague — access to the relevant documents (a knowledge base) multiplies result quality.
