A customer ready to buy is not patient. If “when does it arrive?” goes unanswered, the next shop is one browser tab away. The Dorna widget is built for that moment — and this checklist is how to launch it right:
Before installing
- Prepare written answers for these six topics: shipping cost and time per city; the return procedure; warranty coverage; payment methods; order tracking; the differences between your best-selling models.
- Write them the way your best salesperson says them on the phone — precise and unambiguous.
Install and configure
- Create the widget in the Studio; match color and welcome message to your shop's theme.
- Set the tone (usually “friendly” for a shop) and limit the topical scope to your business.
- Write into the widget's instructions what it should say for questions beyond its knowledge — for example, announcing your support line or contact channel.
- Place the snippet in your theme — compatible with WordPress/WooCommerce and site builders.
The first week
- Read the conversations in the Studio once a day: what do customers actually ask?
- Fix every weak answer the same day by adding that topic to the knowledge.
From week two
- Make the review weekly; add newly frequent questions to your product pages too — the widget is your free market research.
The widget is available from the Plus plan up.
