Upgrades, downgrades and proration

Upgrading, instantly. Pick the higher plan from the billing section; you pay the difference between the two plans prorated for the days left in the current cycle — not the full price. The new plan's features activate immediately.

Downgrading, next cycle. Pick the lower plan; you keep all current features until the cycle ends, and the new plan applies from the next one. Nothing you've paid for is lost.

Notes:

• Before downgrading, make sure your usage and storage fit the lower plan's caps.
• Every upgrade payment produces a receipt and an invoice, as always.
