HR solution

Write the policy once; let Dorna answer it a thousand times

“What's the per-diem cap?”, “Who qualifies for incentive leave?” — these repeated questions eat the HR team's hours. Put the policies in a knowledge base and the answers become grounded and instant.

Four jobs that get lighter tomorrow

Personnel answers grounded in your own policies

First-pass CV screening against your job description and criteria

Drafted postings, letters and reports

Process documentation ready for the newcomer

From the hiring file to day one

Hiring: hand over the job description and get the posting drafted in several versions — site, social, channels — in one consistent voice. When CVs arrive, ask a Dorna agent to match them against your criteria and deliver a reasoned shortlist; the decision and the interview stay yours, the tedious search goes to Dorna.

Personnel answers: the HR policy, leave and travel procedures, benefits — all in one knowledge base. The HR specialist asks and gets clause-grounded answers instead of leafing through PDFs; and you can share that base under access control with unit colleagues so everyone works from the authoritative copy.

Onboarding: keep process and tooling documentation in the knowledge base so the first-week questions always have a ready answer — without anyone playing walking manual for weeks.

Personnel data is sensitive; that's why you decide each knowledge base's sharing yourself, and Dorna's data-protection principles are written down in plain terms. Organizations that want a fully independent environment choose a dedicated deployment.

Data-confidentiality questions

Where are my data and conversations stored?
Your conversations, documents and knowledge bases are stored on Dorna's secured infrastructure with regular backups, accessible only to you — and to the people you have shared them with, at an access level you set. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can Dorna staff see my content?
No, except in three defined cases: legal obligation, review of reported abuse, or when you yourself ask support for help with an issue. Your content is never sold and is processed only as needed to provide the service — details in the Privacy Policy.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes — alongside your password you can enable two-factor authentication via SMS or one-time-code (TOTP) apps.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Your data is removed per the Privacy Policy. Before deleting you can export your conversations and documents — that option is always available.
What data can the website widget reach?
Only the knowledge you gave it in the Studio — your documents, Q&A and approved content. It cannot reach your account's other conversations or knowledge bases, and visitor conversations are logged only in your own panel.
